  11.     It should be possible for a computer program to simulate the action of 
  12. a phone  system, making it possible for modems to scan/print to a fax machine 
  13. not specially multi-purpose...shouldn't it?
  14.     I am not familiar enough with the technical configurations fax 
  15. machines are fixed to work on.  Does anyone have any views?
